Unfortunately, no. All property owners are required to complete this process themselves. If you need any help on how to do so, we are more than happy to assist.
Our onboarding process typically takes 2–4 weeks, this truly depends on the readiness of your property. During this time, we'll tour the property and make any upgrade suggestions. Once the property is ready we will coordinate professional photos, create the listing, optimize pricing, and ensure everything is guest-ready.
Our short term management contracts have a 6-month minimum to start and then reverts to month-to-month with 30 days’ notice for both the owner and the short-term property management company.
We use smart pricing tools combined with local market expertise to adjust rates in real time, ensuring your property is both competitive and profitable year-round.
